https://fallofemros.blogspot.com/ I live up in New York’s Catskill Mountains with my partner and our dogs. While writing is something I love, I still need a day job, so for that I work in a foundry that specializes in art fabrication. I like dark beers, a variety of music, grim fantasy, and camping. I dislike writing author bios (though less weird when not writing them in the third person). Fall of Emros and Vermin of the Old Empire are unrelated series, one can start with either (though part of me recommends starting with The Scroungers, it’s a short, fast read and I think I’ve really found my voice at this point).

  • Fall of Emros- Start with Stone & Shield.
  • Vermin of the Old Empire- This will be a series of standalone short fiction. A variety of novellas, short stories, and anthologies set in the same world around the same time. While there should be no spoilers regardless of where one starts, there may be Easter eggs throughout. So, if starting with The Scroungers folks may catch a few familiar faces popping up in other stories. But really this series will be designed to be picked up at any point.
